JAMES BAINES ART
An Australian master since his record as the youngest student to be accepted into the Royal School of Art at age 14, James has established himself as a prolific painter, from historical murals and portraits of classic Australian characters to his current impressionist landscapes on canvas. In anticipation of the December release of the feature film, "Australia," he has launched another website, www.bombsoverdarwin.com, a detailed presention of his painting of the bombing of Darwin, 6 weeks after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Prints available for sale.
